Your starting position is on your hands and knees on an exercise mat. Your weight is evenly balanced. Keep your stomach muscles activated and keep your back straight. Raise your right arm forward, finishing with your arm in line with your body. Send energy all the way up your spine and out through your arm and hand. Relax and return to the starting position. Repeat with the other arm.
